Description of River Rock Mailbox Post:
Stately and functional, the Ashford River Rock Mailbox posts made of simulated stone provide a beautiful accent – a simple and easy way to spruce up your property and create a lasting good impression. Available in Brown, Gray and Calico, each mailbox post possesses an MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) composition that makes it more cost-effective, more lightweight and installer-friendly, and even more resilient to harsh climate conditions, than real stone.
The post is 2” x 12” x 64” in height and can be partially buried when used in shorter applications. A Post Riser accessory made of the same MDPE material can be purchased separately to add greater height.

Looks great and super easy to install. We used the wooden post that was already there and just had to dig the perimeter and fill with concrete.

I bought the gray one and it looks just like the picture. Very easy to install. I used a jig saw to cut the bottom off, put it over the 4x4, then I dug some dirt out around the bottom so the concrete wouldn't seep out, poured 1 bag of concrete in, used a level to make sure it was straight and that was it. I bought a different mail box because I wanted metal not plastic other than that I would highly recommend this product. Great price for a great product. I have received many compliments from my neighbors.
