Q. How do I touch up a panel?

A. Touching up a panel can be done in a few easy steps.

1.Using the touch up kit, select the right color for the area that needs to be touched up.

If multiple colors are supplied in your touch up kit, blend the colors together to match the color of the area that needs to be touched up.

2. Apply a small amount of paint to the affected area.
3. Before the paint dries, blot the area gently with a wet rag to blend color into surrounding area. 3. let the paint dry and your finished.

Q. Can Faux Panels be used to cover a chimney on my home?

A. Yes, many of our customers use our panels to cover their chimneys. The panels can also be placed on any flat surface. For additional help on installing panels on a chimney, you should check out the guide on how to miter corners.

Can I use your Panels around my Fireplace or Stove?

Even though our panels are incredibly realistic, keep in mind that they are not real stone, they are made utilizing high density polyurethane. All of our Polyurethane Panels can be used around a Fireplace opening/insert, and/or Stove, as long as you follow the Fireplace Insert/Stove Manufacturer’s specifications for required clearances.
