
In its second season on the Food Network, Restaurant Impossible sought to renovate DeWitt/East Syracuse’s hot spot for lunch, McShane’s Restaurant and Pub. Even with their famous chicken, McShane’s was hurting due to economic hardships forcing local businesses and industries to pack up and move out. The continued to endure but were in need of some help.
Chef Robert Irving and the build team on Restaurant Impossible had plans to overhaul the design and bring McShane’s new life. Among the various changes were faux stone wall panels added as an accent behind the bar. Giving the room a much needed splash of color and life were our
