15-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR FAUX PANELS
Barron Designs Inc. (dba FauxPanels.com) warrantees all Faux panels to withstand normal outdoor conditions for fifteen years. Barron Designs (dba FauxPanels.com) warrantees the Faux Panels will not peel, crack, split, or rot. Barron Designs (dba FauxPanels.com) warrantees against all manufactures defects (Barron Designs must be notified within 30 days of purchase if a manufacture defects was found. Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, improper installation, improper maintenance, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Barron Designs Inc shall not be covered under the warrantee. Barron Designs Faux Panels are treated with a coating of a U.V. finish. This prevents and/or slows down sun fading, but like anything left in the sun, some slight fading could occur. Barron Designs does not warranty against this sun fading. Barron Designs does not warranty Faux Panels against hurricanes or tornado damage. When Barron Designs has determined that a Faux Panel is defective, it will replace the product or a credit may be offered instead of replacement (at Barron Designs' discretion). Barron Designs' liability is limited to the cost of the defective product.
Orders
All shipments do not include shipping charges. Smaller orders will ship by UPS. Credit card will be charged in full at time of placing order over the internet or by phone. No returns or cancellations are accepted on orders once the order is in production or placed by phone after 24 hours. Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed. All orders must be paid in full. Payment information and authorization must be included with your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
It is highly recommend that you order all of your panels at the same time. The reason for this is that it would prevent different dye lots between orders. It is common that colors may vary with different orders, and is accepted in the industry. If orders are placed at different times we cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Samples ship for a small flat fee. Shipping fees will be applied to Builder's Kits as well.
Coupons
Coupons may be received through promotions run by FauxPanels.com exclusively or by ordering samples from Fauxpanels.com, i.e. when you place an order for samples you will receive a coupon for the total sum of those samples. Coupons may be used towards your next purchase and can not be applied to a previous order. Coupon may be used at the time of purchase only; it may only be used once. If use of an invalid coupon is found Barron Designs, Inc. reserves the right to charge that customers credit for the total amount of the invalid coupon. Also, if a coupon is used to purchase samples then the customer will receive a new coupon less the amount of the previous coupon used. For example, $40.00 worth of samples orders with a $30.00 coupon used, the customer will received a new coupon for $10.00. Coupons are not to be combined with any other offer.
Credit Card Statements
All FauxPanels.com Charges for credit card transactions will appear on your credit card (or bank statement) under the name Barron Designs Inc.

We accept all major credit cards. You must enter or provide us with the name and billing address, as it appears on your credit card.

All orders are prepaid only.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is not included in the price of the panels. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out on your order. If the shipping cannot be calculated automatically, it will be billed to your credit card later. You can get an estimated shipping quote by clicking on this icon:
Samples
Small flat shipping fee will be applied to all sample orders within lower 48 states. If you are ordering a sample in HI, AK or outside of the USA, an additional shipping fee will apply. Shipping fees will be applied to all Builder's Kits.
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must reject the shipment and have the driver note the damage. All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouse. They will be shipped the best carrier possible (UPS, Motor Freight, etc). Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at time of pickup. Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damage and report any damages to the carrier immediately. Our responsibility for the condition of the goods ends when the carrier accepts them. It is your responsibility to file claim for damaged merchandise. We cannot file claims, we can only verify.
Missing Parts or Hidden Damage
Upon acceptance of your shipment, you have 24 hours in which to notify us of any missing parts or hidden damage. If you do not notify us within this time frame, any future claim for said parts will be null and void. After 24 hours any parts that have to be sent out to repair merchandise will have to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend that you examine your order in full upon time of delivery and notify us immediately before accepting delivery if you find damaged or missing parts.
If product is received damaged, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1) Notify shipping company
2) Call or email FauxPanels.com with invoice number and damage that occurred
3) Send picture of damage (box, product, etc.)
4) You will then receive instruction by email as to how your claim will be resolved.
All claims must be supported with pictures of broken/damaged part, invoice number and name of purchaser. No claim will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided. In some instances, we need to have the damaged goods sent back to us in order to send you a replacement. See Returns.
Address Representation
If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential area, all residential charges made by the trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and back charged to your credit card or reflected in your invoice. Any address correction done by FedEx, UPS or any other carrier due to misrepresentation on order form by customer will reflect in a back charge and customer will be invoiced.
Orders Outside Of The USA
All international orders will have customs clearance charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer.
Return Policy
All our faux panels are made to order and cannot be returned without the permission of Barron Designs. If Barron designs agrees to take back your order, goods are to be returned freight prepaid. Customer is responsible for returning the item (shipping prepaid) in the original packaging and in sellable condition. All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (plastic, wrappings, etc.) along with a copy of your invoice. Any product returned and not properly packaged which is damaged due to improper packaging will be subject to additional charges to bring product back to sellable condition. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipment. Claims cannot be filed on items not properly and securely packaged. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY US AND RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) MUST BE ISSUED. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. The 30-day time frame begins when you receive your order. Returns shipped beyond the 30-day time frame will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Returns are only allowed for merchandise purchased from Faux Panels by Barron Designs Inc. All returned items will have a 20% restocking charge.
Credits
Credit will be issued to credit card/method of payment supplied at the time of purchase. Time to issue credit will be 4-6 weeks from date of receiving the returned merchandise as per conditions stated in RETURNS.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS on following items:
Any custom orders or special orders (Fire-rated panels) are non-returnable. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.
Refused Merchandise
Refused merchandise without receiving an RMA# from a FauxPanels.com Representative, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Customer Responsibility
FauxPanels.com shall be held harmless from any and all claims by the buyer as a result of injury, damage or wrongful installation to an ultimate user or other person caused by the product sold herein by the seller to the buyer, whether the injury or damage results from the assembly, installation, operation, shipment, storage or manufacture of this product. Please consult local building codes prior to installing the products.

We keep absolutely private any personal information that you may share with us while placing your order or using our website.
